I've just recieved my Punto Evo, tis allll good but playing with the satnav i cant seem to find any EcoDrive info?

I thought there was ment to be real time ecodrive via the tomtom blue&me satnav on the evo?

Unless i need to setup a memory stick for the USB port? (still waiting to do that need to find a memory stick, that said i cant see what effect that would have on the satnav..)

Edit: I assume bluetooth is the key, but im having trouble pairing the TomTom Blue&Me with the car, currently TomTom Blue&Me is saying No bluetooth detected check its turned on in the car, which it is (as theres "PIN: # # # #" on the screen + my phone finds it no problem.)

Did you ever find a resolution to this?...

I joined the FiatForum and found this post, looking for an answer to the same question.

I have managed to install the eco:Drive software via USB to the car, and downloaded the info to my computer (which, by the way, is a lot cooler than I thought it would be). However, I have seen pics of the TomTom which show the eco gauge on it, but can't seem to find how I show it.

I have another question on the TomTom but I'll put that in a different thread.

Thanks

You do need to install the ecodrive software via the USB port before it will work. However, you wont get it on your TomTom unless it is paired with your blue&me. Which menu options are you trying on the TomTom when you try and pair with the car? You need to hit the blue&me menu icon on one of the later menu screens.

If you're doing this and it's still not pairing I go back to the dealer as I am aware that other people have had faults with this.

Yeah - I finally figured it out thanks. Basically, I hadn't paired it with the Blue&Me, only with my phone. So, a few buttons later and there it is - the 'My Car' menu.

:)

Hi,

I experienced the same problem as you described and it helped that I first paired the tomtom and second the phone. But now I have the problem that my Tomtom doesn't connect with the evo again, and so I don't have the car menu option any more. I was wondering if you experience the same problem?
