Hi guys,

My brand new factory built 1.4 Tjet Sport 150 Bravo arrived last wednesday and has been working perfectly with my phone and 8GB memory stick up untill today, whereby it has decided to just stop reacting to voice commands completely.

I have not been fiddling around under the settings and have not done anything stupid (even read the entire blue&me manual through first)... but I cannot get the voice control to start working again.

Every other aspect of blue&me is still working fine, I can still manually browse to media player/phone contacts and select the song to start playing using the steering wheel etc. It's just the voice recognition that has suddenly stopped working...

Any ideas? Some people have said that disconnecting the battery is the only way to get it to start working again which sounds rediculous. I wouldn't mind doing that if I was 100% sure that it would not happen again another week down the line, I don't want to make disconnecting the battery a regular occurance just to get a bloody feature working that should be working anway.



Is it worth taking right back to dealer to look at immediatly or is this something they will just shrug their shoulders at, fix and then send back to me with no reasonable garuntee that it will stay working for very long...

Try installing an update :

then delete all the contacts in the memory then all should go back to the way it was.
