The only way to transfer your contacts to Blue&Me with a N81 is as follows.
Once you have paired your phone with B&M you will get a message like "copy your contacts of your phonebook?", if you say "yes" it will attempt to copy but will fail after a while and you will get another message like "To copy your contacts use your phone menu blah,blah"this is when you scroll through the B&M menu and select "add contacts" , then go to your phone address book on your phone and "select all", then send all as a buisness card via bluetooth, your phone will then search for bluetooth devices, select "Blue&Me" and press "send", you will then hear a series of clicks as each contact is sent,once they have all copied press the phone icon button on your steering wheel then your contacts should all be there.Sorry if it seems long winded but it does work. ps the message reader will not work at any cost with a Nokia phone.
