samsung g600,hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhelp

my samsung g600 connects to bluetooth no prob, you can dial a num, no prob, the phone works, no prob.
why o why o why will it not load my phonebook into the system, i've tried loading them individually and every which way but it wont work.
its driving me mad.
also, i'm plugging my mp3 in to usb in glovebox, is something supposed to happen' is it not supposed to play thru stereo, guess what? it dos'nt.
arrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
please help.
