When using B&M the ladies voice is very quiet so much so I have to increase the volume a number of times. Is there any way I can set the volume to a pre determined level?

Thanks

Hi Guys

I had the complete opposite problem mine was “ How can I turn down the Blue&Me, as it booms out when I give it a task and I would like to turn it down, would this also control the incoming / outgoing phone vol?”

I had a couple of replies as listed below.

KOP32 “In reply to question 2 you can turn down the volume using the radio menu, go to "External Volume" and I have mine set on 20 which is just right for both incoming and outgoing calls.”

misssporty500 “I turn mine down on my steering wheel what you use to turn down the radio is what turns down when your on a call or whatever or whenever she speaks.”

Mine worked using the KOP32 method

Hope this helps

As trebor58 said, the only way to turn the volume up/down is via the radio menu using "external Volume" settings.

Thanks guys this has been driving me nuts! With my 500 blue tooth sat nav, stopping my music and not tellin me anything - my deepest thanks again - exernal volume on the radio works a treat!

Glad it worked, you could also press the thanks button(y)

But don't you find now that the media player comes on too loud. If I turn the external volume up loud enough to hear Blue&Me, when I start the car and media player comes on it blasts out far too loud. I know I can turn it down on the steering wheel, but it doesn't half make me jump! There should be some way of reaching a balance between the two.
