Skinz's Cinq

So 4 weeks since my last update and nothing has got better!
There is coolant being lost somewhere, yet can find no leaks (yes I know how to look for leaks properly, I know too much about this car's cooling system ) and there's no water going into the oil, so that's a small mystery, but I reckon it may materialise in the head gasket going.
The gearbox is on it's arse, it's getting very crunchy and whirry, I need to fix the leak but haven't really got the time to find it and...

Well I'm slowly taking the cinq as far back to standard as I can, as I'm selling up for something that doesn't actually take 3 months to hit 60mph.

Mckrich Chip is gone, as is the GSR cylinder head and abarth spoiler.
Yellow lights are still on for now, but when either the car or they sell, they will come off.
Gave the fuel system a treatment along with the car a service which cured the flatspots for all of a week
Handbrake cable has just fallen trough the letter...

Had to go to the scrapyard for my mate to get a gear linkage part for his car today, so took it upon myself to have a hunt. Got some twin alfa 146 horns, an aerial to replace mine that disappeared months back, and some car mats just to cover the hole my foot is making in the floor under the clutch pedal for........................ £2.50 .
So have got home, have one horn wired up, will do the second later, have adjusted my clutch and washed the car

Well the cinqs had nothing done to it nor have i bought any more parts .
Current state:

• Need's a wash, hasn't had one in a month
• Slow puncture
• Trackings out
• Gearbox is whirring badly
• Desperate for this engine mount
• Still need's handbrake cable
• Steering's feeling odd as
• Still Look's god awful

The new year brought a fresh outlook on the Cinq. No more messing around, now was the time to begin properly sorting her out after all the bad luck.

So first up was fitting the yellow rear lights
