Happy to report the server has now been upgraded to support the latest Wincache module which I've now enabled.
It's an Opcode/File/Travelsal caching system which should cut down page generation times by about half and stop some of the freezing which has been going on recently

Nice work, I have to say that I have suffered quite a bit from this and wondered if it was my BT (up to 8MB) connection.
However it was almost as bad at home on Virgin XXL (50MB) to the point that I stopped my "friends on line" add on, thinking that that may be the problem. Guess I can re-enable that option now.

There were actually 3 issues:
1) The non-caching (now fixed)
2) One of the RAID drives is down (will be fixed on Sunday)
3) That chatbar is quite intense (being moved to dedicated machine in a few weeks)

Even worse, I've been monitoring the disk performance and we're getting too many requests at a time, meaning the disk queue is getting kinda long.
Need to upgrade to SaS - but again, chassis doesn't support.
Might need a bit of a rebuild here ....
