Doc there are a few dirt marks on it and in the P on the No plate, must be said I'm pretty dissapointed and really feel let down

In the ever lasting quest to remove every bit of rust from my Barchetta, todays little job was fitting a new charcoal filter mount that lives in the PS front wing. If you look at the old and new mount you can see that good old Fiat did it again with the tin pot low quality metal used in all the mounts on the B, as my B has not seen rain in over two years you have to think how can it get this bad.

FYI One thing I would do is to check that the mount has not started rusting your inner wing at the charcoal filter bracket mounts as pointed out in the picture below.
