Anyone had any rust spots... I've got bubbles appearing on the rear panel just right of the drivers door and just below the rubber end cap seal - any advice on previous experience will be very welcome / I guess I need to see to this sooner than later.

Seeing as the B is galvanised you should not be getting any rust, maybe a poor repair in its earlier life??

is the full shell galv'd on the B's?

I am assuming so unless anybody knows any different?

The car is galvanised BUT its not the best quality job. I have seen rust on B's back wheel arch lips, as well as the front wing lower lip. Its always a small amounts and I am yet to see a full blown rust hole in any B.



As the B has some really complex body panel designs, I would have to say FIat did a good job all in all of keeping the rust at bay.

All I could advise is a good quality bodyshop, if metalic the panels will all have to blown in or it will look crap.
