Thanks (y) (y)

I do love the red leather and red hood, It looks so italian and classy.
Next on the list is a Toad alarm with remote start and all the bells and whistles.

The girlfriend wants to go on holiday soon ,so I have to blow some money on that this month. EHEHHE (n) ;)

Alan D, Your advice please, I have bought the same wheels as yourself, I have fitted the wheels, on the rears I have used the original spacer but my tyre is really close to the plastic mud guard in the wheel arch, the tyres I have fitted are std size. Have you used a thicker spacer to give more clearance?

The spacers that were pre fitted on the car are shown below, whether these are original or were fitted for the TSW's i'm not sure but the pic should give a good idea of scale.

When you say original tyres are fitted what size are they? They should be 195/55/15.

Alan, yep that spacer looks the same size as mine. the tyre size is as you say 195/55/15.
I get a bit paranoid when I add new parts that are non std to the car. I was really surprised at how close to the wheel, the inner arch plastic covering is, not sure how much deflection there is in the tyre when cornering also I am getting road noise off the new tyres, as I say I'm getting a bit paranoid.
I will tomorrow refit the old wheels and check out the clearance in more detail.

I would bounce the back of the car up & down & if it doesn't touch wouldn't worry about it. There is little movement in the suspension in comparison with other cars so would be unlikely to touch asp since you stuck with the original size.

Doc thanks for the info, I know something else now :)

Well people, THATS IT! THE WHEELS ARE ON!!
The guy by mistake brought the complete silver titanium instead of the black diamond cut, but my anticipation was so great that i didnt give a s**t!
Titanium ones look great too!!!

I got these O.Z Racing F-1s (R16 205 45) with my car - as well as Fiat alloys for the winter tyres. Now I'm just waiting impatiently for the weather to improve slightly... :(
