great thanks then have to download the program correct.

A software cd is included , but on my case the software that came along was not updated "to old version " wen you receiv it you will see wath comes along ! In any case it's not problematic because you can download software from internet ... you can start googling it "MULTIECUSCAN SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD"
Then you will need to install the drivers for the hardware and get the rigth settings for it ...it's a informatic process , it can be a litle tricky if you are not famaliarysed with , just like myself , but after some time breaking walls :bang: i did it
And you cam allways ask for help to an informatic friend
