I'm new barchetta owner.



But I have two questions.

On the passenger side I have found cable and it seems that it should be connected somewhere but I didn't find out where:


And maybe it is related that airbag red light is ON.

And another question:
When the roof is down, there is open space where the mechanism is and it seems that some cover could be put there, but I didn't find any on the internet.
I mean this (photo is when the roof is up):

Welcome to the forum. I can't see the end of the cable but it looks like the diagnostic cable that a dealer would connect a laptop to. The posts that contain the hinges for the hood should have covers secured by a small spring but these were very flimsy and many cars have these missing. I do not have these either! There are many knowledgeable people on the forum and I am sure someone else will confirm the cable. Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. Steve

Those are some really interesting body modifications you've got there. Flared wheel arches, smoothed sides, front spoiler, etc - and there looks to be something interesting going on at the rear too (and I'm not talking about your big blue friend!). Do you know what mods have been done, and can you please post some more pics?

here are some more photos as today it was here nice sunny day.













about the mods I know that what is visible was done in Italy by Carrozzeria Miola and all is done from metal plate.
Engine was also modified, but there I don't have any details, it should have around 105kW and no oil consumption.
I already did around 2000km (I have this lovely car only two weeks) and there is realy no oil dissapearing.
Chassis is extended by 5cm front, 6cm rear.
