Is it at the top of the 0.6 or higher ??
My dip stick has different markings than yours.I would think that the full level would be at the top of the 0.6 indent,if your oil level was at the lower level I think your dip stick is saying that you need to top up with 0.6 L quantity of oil. Just my interpretation, have you not got a manual that may help?

I read this as:
The lower ridge of the flat area is MINimum level
The higher ridge of the flat area is NORMAL/MAXIMUM level
The difference between the two is 0.6 litres.
I would also add that I've not seen a Barchetta Oil Level Stick like yours here in the UK.
