I have removed my complete windscreen washer system, and under the scuttle (removed) there is a small black thing which takes the single supply line and bifurcates it to the two hoses which go to each of the jets. Is this a non-return valve? I cannot blow air through it from any of the pipes which enter or exit it. The pump has burned out, maybe that's why!
