I appreciate regulars may get fed up with folk posting about cars they may buy, but am seriously looking for one. This has been on a while and to me looks good. UK registration issues and non EU taxes to pay I know. Argument that Channel Island cars do a lot of "cold" mileage as well. Anyone have a view?

Have been in touch with seller, and seems a decent sort, as far as you can ever tell.

cheers

Looks alright to me and it seems a good price for the mileage and condition. Might need a variator change as this isn't mentioned. You will need to make the journey and have a drive of it. Enjoy - Steve

I agree with Steve that the price looks OK for that age, mileage and condition. Plus points are that the hood looks fine, the cambelt's been done, and it sounds like you won't have to worry about rusty wheel arches. (y) But I'd be wary about how much the import duty & shipping costs will add to the overall cost.

Nice colour! (Much nicer than Stelvio imho :D)

oi! Stelvio is the one to have. Well, more the nice interior. But this one looks good. Vat is paid apparently. I think worth a punt. Got a mate near Italy and there is a stelvio one to be looked at, with 60k miles and hardtop. But it is just for a fun car, so this one may be fine.

I believe that's the car I looked at earlier this year here in Jersey. The leather seats had quite a few water stains due to the car being left outside all last winter with a large tear in the rear screen. The car had been offered for sale locally for a few months for 850 pounds, until the owner had the rear screen replaced. I went to look at it in March. The owner had also replaced the rear suspension, but didn't have any idea when the cam belt had last been changed. There was also an issue with the keys. I believe he sold it a day or two later. Hope this helps.
