I'm having Fiat Barchetta 2004 which is having manual central locking which is company fitted. but from few days ago my car left door is getting jammed and not getting locked. lock lever doesn’t move whenever I lock the car. I dnt know what could be the problem with it. Please kindly suggest me the cause of the problem.

After market central locking relies on small pump motors that clamp onto the metal rods of the lock mechanism, if these come loose generally the door lock will fail.

Remove the door panel and have a look if this is the case and even if the pump is moving.

What a mate did had was that the factory fitted central locking came loose from the lock. I pressed it on and it was fine. Lock din't move at all before this

my case: electrical plug came out and the lock was not locking anymore...clamp it back, no all fine!
Door face must come out..
