Different Headlight deflectors?

Hi Guys,

I am trying to convert my headlights to EU, BUT my deflectors are different to all the others I have seen.

They look as though they have been filed down already, possibly to meet the UK mot ?
Any body seen these different deflectors and how can I make them EU apart from rebuilding what I 'can only imagine' what was filed away.

Anybody got the same, I cant be alone
