Well, the 'B' is a little boat so should have a bilge pump as standard fit.
I think I'm right in say that all Barchettas, even end of line 2005 version came with Fiat Code System I as standard. This means that they would originally have two types of keys and in the B's case another key:
Keys are:
1) Master Red Key - 1 off
2) Driver Key - 2 off
3) Valet Key - 2 off (valet key will work ignition & dors but not console and boot locks)
.
My 53 reg was the last configuration I think until they discontinued production. It had an alarm fitted and came with two blue/grey keys and locking fobs, one red key and one blue valet key.
Right, hands up, I may have caused a little of the confusion here because I too also said "Valet Key".Why do you keep calling it a valet key? There is no such animal..its really a dealer key. Completely useless for valet as it doesn't work the door locks.

When I get a few moments to spare I'll dig back into my info/manuals/etc AND try all keys in all locks to establish the keylock lay of the land for a 2005 "B".
Till then ...blame meeeeee
And this is what we find:
Now given the lovely hot sunny climate of Italy/Monaco where every posh convertible car always has the hood and windows down when parked, then you don't need a key to lock/unlock the doors as you just reach over or not bother to lock the car at all. Now the Fiat dealer key is 100% a valet key.
Hi David,Guys,
Old thread, but need some help, so, going back to the windows...how on earth do you get to "B" points?!
I've taken off the door card, and I believe i can get to A and C - if i put the window down there are two small hexagonal head screws you can "adjust" in and out - is this right?
I can't see how to get to B though, must I remove more of the door? all the seals seem stuck on?
Cheers,
David
