(T) Strange wheel wobble

Might need to adjust the clutch, a simple job that will only take 15 mins of trial and error - I had a similar issue when I changed my clutch with 1st gear. You should find 2 x 11mm nuts on the end of a cable on the top of the clutch housing hidden under the induction pipe and battery tray. One nut is a 'check nut' the other makes the adjustment, you need to play with them for a while until you get the right position!

Sounds more like the rear bearings but as we're so far appart not easy to diagnose. Although rear bearings are more like Hum Hum than Vum Vum

If your break fluid is anything other than spotlessly clean.....change it.

For 1st gear, I often found it a bit reluctant to go in. I had always planned to change the gearbox oil, so you might try that of the clutch is correctly adjusted.
