As a long time enthusiast of this race I partake in the pilgrimage nearly every year.
I was wondering if there are maybe a few of you? Who would like to join us with your cars for the drive down, and back to the best party in France. Interrupted by 24 hours of racing. It takes place on the second weekend in June. However camping site pitches need to be booked late this year.
If there are any of you interested please post below or send me a PM so I can try to get things organised. Any comments welcome.

We may well 'drive up' and meet you there.

A great event which we try to get to most years and anyone travelling south after the race who needs somewhere to stay......

......see below(y)

We could be interested as planning to drive down to my mum and dads next spring anyway and could include it as we go past Le Mans. I'm waiting to find out if I have a job after this month as we work on funding so a lot will depend on that! Keep us in mind though.

I start the list then.

I put myself down as a definite and it will be unless circumstances strike that make it really impossible to go.

1. Oldschool (definite)

Would absolutely love to join yez. Really would. Alas, driving there isn't so easy for Zippy (my B) and I from Finland.

Although, if I made it to Germany I'm sure I could get to France pretty quick... ;)

1. Oldschool (definite)
2. LRB (agreed in principal but money/job/babysitters dependent!)....[/quote]
Can you add me to the list, seeing as I'm the originator.
So far than we have 1 silver & 1 red plus 1? lets see if we can get at least oe of each colour to travel down in.
For those interested in costs, this year camping ticket plus 1 general admission which allows you to go everywhere all week long cost in the region of £120. All in a very cheap week of racing and camping, they even have showers these days.

I would love to go on this trip, went to indy for the 500 a couple of years ago and promised myself then that I must do the Lemans 24.
Please keep in touch.
Thanks
Glenn

Any more interested parties?
