Sun 13th July top down day

Just to say that it's looking like the first sunny sunday in ages so we're going to take the B out for a run in the sun.

No chance for me, Dad's cabs today - pick son up from party in 20 mins, take son to Cub's football game for a few hours, take son home, take son and daughter swimming, take son to another bloody birthday party, while son is at party change the oil in the b and cut the grass then pick son up from party, then retire to Victoria Arms for Sunday quiz night - Sunday over!!

Doesn't sound fair M8. Will you be able to do the taxi ing in the B with the roof down? That would surely sweeten your day.

To make things even worse I am cabbing in the missus Picasso..................

I couldnt resist the urge I had to get the roof down and go for a drive
Unfortunately when I opened the cover it is full of dust and metal shavings and discovered part of the pastic had been bent out to access the rear wing

Still the drive cheered me up

Nope, missus wanted to come and cheer him on so it was the family bus!

Good thing was his team made it to the semi's, he played 6 15 min matches between 11.00 and 16.00 - does not sound like much but they were frantic!!

We went to Hathersage and Matlock in Derbyshire. Lovely driving lovely weather and some great opportunities to listen to the raucous new exhaust. Finished off Sunday with an hour and a quarter washing and waxing the car. Happy days.

Add it to the list of f**k ups by the garage conserned and complain bitterly....
