 | a long stare i was driving down to the beach today to see an old friend, who happens to live in a posh place. and as i turned the corner into a junction i had a really long stare off a guy in a very big merc huge thing and he was dressed up to the nine's. i was dead impressed by the look and i am sure he was looking at the B not me!! makes you feel proud to drive such a nice car!!! any one else had a stare today?

 | Re: a long stare I parked up in front of some shops in Frodsham on Saturday, and nipped into a couple. When I came out a woman was having her photo taken with her next to my car!! I sidled past nonchelantly (sp?) with a big grin inside! Matt

 | Re: a long stare A while ago I had a guy come up to me at the petrol station and admire the car. He used to have a Mk1 a few years back. Also people on my street often mention how pretty it is and ask if i had it imported. Nothing for a while though... xs

 | Re: a long stare Many is the time folks stare at me........They undress me with their eyes and only want me for one thing. 'Course I'm flattered especially as I stride the beach in my G rope. If I sunbathe nude they stand in the shadow and titter. The car too gets constant admiring glances and requests for a ride. I better add I lie a lot, but the car IS contantly the centre of attraction.

 | Re: a long stare Last year at Le Mans I had a guy who bought his immaculate Alfa spider down admiring the boat. Also get plenty of remarks at my garage, even from the Audi salesman.

| Rosso Corsa of corsa!!!  | Re: a long stare Lot's of stares and comments - used to be a hit with customers, a real change from the company BMW's and Merc's - I went for a car allowance instead of company car! On quite a few occasions I have come back to the car to find someone looking it over - lots of interest at the car show last weekend as well!
