yes, but do not need glue, you just remove old, and nail this new material with "double nails", or should I say "U" nails... btw: here are picture of my seats. (btw: they are same color)
Seats:

Panels:

Now why did you show me the seats. ::idea:

I now have another item to add to my list. :) :D

Changing the look of the seats is something i would like to do.

Yours look great(y) and i would do somethimg similar. Maybe half leather/half suede. Black with grey.

Unless you have already bought the plug's I would go for a set of Denso's - IK20's are the ones for the b (I believe)..........

I see what you are doing!! Stick all of your money in the car so that the missus cannot get at it

Lee, i have already ordered the plugs, but i have always liked ngk's. Been around for ever so long and know their stuff.

We'l see how they go.

Had another big barny with the X tonight. She thinks she can make me sell house. HA! Any lawyers on this forum who might shed some light.

Fitted the new door panel with pocket and changed the plugs to ngk iridium.

Cant say i have noticed any difference re fitting the plugs though.

I also changed the centre consule to a silver one which is nice.

It is shiny silver like the sides and so looks good and brighter in the cabin.

Only problem now, is since changing this i had to remove all switches , clock and now for some reason my drivers side electric window does not work.

It was fine for a couple of hours and has now stopped.
is there a fuse or relay for this. the pasenger side is working ok, just my side has stoped.

Any guidence on this would be appreciated. before i have to dismantle it again.

:yeahthat: - show us what you have been up to!!

As for the window's, I would start with stripping the consul back down, sounds like you have not fully pushed a connection back home or you have a dodgy earth...............but in your line of business you could probably figure that out for yourself!

Hi, guys & gals,

Not been on the forum much , new puppy taking up alot of my time, (house training)

Have got some new goodies for the B though and hope to fit them soon.

Just remembered!

I was driving to work yesterday when i spoted what i thought was a modified Silver B in the distance. I caught up and as i got closer and then was puzelled as it was not. It was left hand drive car, but with a BMW badge. Intrigued by the car i followed it shortly untill he pulled up in a petrol station. Ive never seen one before and so stoped to have a chat with the driver. It turned out to be 5.0ltr BMW Z8.

What an alsome looking car:yum: Not sure if you guys know of it but only 200 were ever imported into the uk. I got some picson my phone, but will have to upload them later as left my phone at a friends last nite.

Nice bloke and after a brief chat about cars, mentioned i had a B and he said he knew of them and liked them. Also picked up some electical work he will be needing soon, so was a good encounter. (y)

I love the Z8, all time fave BMW for me!

I met a chap who owned one and was doing a run up the hill at the Goodwood FOS about 5 or 6 years ago, he offered me a passenger ride but I was turfed out by the marshals at the bottom of the hill for not having a skid lid and flameproof shoes...........bloody jobsworths

I'd think that JC (...Clarkson I presume?) is more representative to the average person when it comes to driving skills (no jokes about my skills, or lack thereof ) than, say, Tiff - so, if Clarkson says it's a pig to drive, it most likely is...

Tiff.....what the failed racing driver.....and he's an ignorant git. Tom ford out of that 5th gear lot is the only decent one among them.

JC is never very consistant in his method of reporting.....good TV but that's about it.

Thats the one ! (y) Looked exactly like that and sounded fab!

Hi all! :)

Spent yesterday over in Watford with Peter (Old School) at RED DOT Racing.

We were there to test the B.s BHP output and see if my ECU could be remaped.

GOOD NEWS! :D Tony, Red Dots owner asured me he could program my ECU and with promising results and will be doing this in the very near future.

Peter run the B on the rolling road so as to test the B's original bhp output and i was pleasantly supprised. :D 138.9bhp .

After a remap, there could be a further 10/12 % increase in power with much better torque. :D

Peter is making the GSR indution kit and i am contemplating a Supersprint manifold and sports Cat. VA VA VOOM!! :D

When you all come to the RED DOT meet on the 11th May
for a BBQ and possible Rolling Road, we.l see what gains can be achieved.
