Yup, the directors have history and its not a good one!!

Anyone on here seen this car or have any opinions?

I can't put a url on until I have five posts! car is on pistonheads, R plate 81k for £3750 in blue. DTR car last year. Have been looking for a while but seen lots of bad ones.

I am looking for a nice early standard spec car????

Just had a look on Pistonheads and it looks ok to me, slightly higher price but if he bought it from DTR he would have paid top dollar and probably lost a grand on it! I would look to pay about £3,250-ish as it does not have leather, fogs etc however if it has had replacement variator, brakes, exhaust etc that is about a grands worth of work!

Looks like a slightly high price but nice looking car. See if you can get it for 3.5k.......

I am putting my B up for sale in Bulgaria, still english registered, no problems with it I just don't need a car and it doesn't get used enough. Got the one from pistonheads today. Lots of new bits last year including windscreen, strut brace, stainless pipe, brakes, belt and variator, hood, so hoping it will be OK for a while.

And the seller replied

"hi, the item is very small I will put another photo next week, will fit with no abs "

So i asked a further question

"Thank you for getting back to me on the photo and the ABS issue. I still have a couple more questions if that is okay?

Does it require any drilling to the car?

Is it adjustable for length ?"

And then today I note that the seller has removed the listing and all their other items from ebay. Feel rather glad I didn't try to buy one.

Well done Matt often prudent to ask as many questions as possible on ebay, and the extra time asking saved you some grief....

Too right Alan. Never had a bad deal on there yet but always been ultra vigilant - that is the key.
