Barchetta Parts and cars for sale/auction

Thanks Little Red B, I have taken the strut off, and it is being tested (or hopefully matched) by the Gabriel agents here in Johannesburg. Another question though, is the 1997 Barchetta windscreen common to any other Fiat or Alfa? I feel pretty alone in South Africa, although I believe there is one other Barchetta here somewhere.

I'm pretty certain that the barchetta windscreen is unique.

The general condition is very good there is some bubbling on the front wings and the seams could do with a clean up "

Where do the front wings bubble then?

Its an acquired taste! AntK has one the same, Ant where are you??

The front wings bubble under the headlights, there is a seam where the wings meet the middle panel, they are prone to rusting from the inside out - not good news!

These caps are available from gasstations and most "tuningshops"

If you look at following link (pdf), you'll find that you do not have to look for a "barchetta cap"... the "model" has been used on almost everything from Alfa to Volvo

I,ve been looking for a lockable cap, but my original one twists like a screw.

Fiats dont list one, never have done.

Might have to ring this company and see if they do one to fit my early B.

Hood for sale on eBay, the seller is the chap who was at the Bristol event with the MK1 with MK2 front bumper. The hood looks a little worn but if you have one in a bad condition and cannot afford a new one right now this could be of use...........

riviera anyone, looks familiar anyone on the forum???

Would any one really touch one of these? I think it looks like a right mess. I'm so glad I didn't go for a rhd when I was first looking - a few came up then.
