Maybe the below is common knowledge but the new Dutch silver B (immaculate too in pix) owner in Holland emailed me to say:------

>>>>If you're interested; I've found a superb site in Germany on Barchetta issues. Check www.barchetta-lexikon.de (in german only). Two months ago
Peter Meurs at meurstegeldesign was able to provide two wiesmann hardtops, silvercoloured, for about 2000 euro's. Normal Fiat hardtops will set you back around 1150 euro's.<<<<

Now I've not a clue what a Wiesmann hardtop looks like but it has to be special at that price I'd a thought?

Maybe we've fluent German readers too.

Below is a Wiesmann hardtop on a B. I have seen a few for sale on eBay.de over the last few years. Its light as its made from fiberglass and the back window is much bigger then the Fiat OEM one. It has two rain gullies cut into the top so that water does not drip inside the car when the window is down.

Hope this helps (y)
