Just in case anyone was wondering what the difference between HID, stock headlights and upgraded headlight bulbs were this photo says it all.......... Car on the left is ROUGE's with upgraded bulbs, car on the right is KC3 with stock bulbs and one in the middle is LRB with the HID conversion.............

Although, knowing FIAT the same one are probably used on a Lancia Trema or something  UPDATE: i think i just found where those bulbs are used: in the FIAT "GINA" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:G91CAB.JPG
