Question How fast can your B,s Go?

On my recent trip over to germany, i managed to put my foot to the pedal.

The car went well and i managed to yell to my co passenger to get the camera out and clock the spedo travelling at speed. at the best of times and on a good strecth of road, with a little downhill ,i,m sure i hit close to the 140 mark. i did manage to click a picture at one point 132mph, and this was from the GPS reading. (Check out pics,)

what top speed can be reached and how fast have you you guys been.?

Flat out, with a full tank, calm winds, 100% flat road, 25C outer temp, hardtop on and 2 passengers in the car = 207 km/h measured by pressision device used by car magazines. (looks like half a bicycle and sticks on the side of the car)

Mine goes up to 200 km/h, but it will take a bit more. I don't like to push it too hard though.

I'd watch yourself posting things like that! That said, it's a tad hard to read! A few people have been nicked as a result of similar. I read about one in the paper yesterday. LOL.

He was on a de-restricted AutoBahn so it's entirely legal. I've only been up to 200mh/h but I may try harder next time I'm in Germany. I quite fancy a trip to the "ring" too :-)

Re: How fast can your B,s Go?

There is only one thing I care to know and I just found out today!
An brand new mx-5 1.8 and a toyota MR2 where chasing each other on the freeway today doing around 180km/h. I rushed in to the race and guess what: overtook them both while flat out doing about 0.1km/h more!
both blokes were just looking jaws wide open...
