Roadster bars

I'm thinking of getting some roadster bars (obviously not the ones Super have ), and I was wondering whether or not I can use the orignal windstop with them, or if I need to get one of these plexi ones?

Re: Roadster bars

I think they use the same mounting points as the Windstop. So I doubt you will be able to use the original type.

Re: Roadster bars

You could fit a bracket with mounting stud under the bars and mount the windstop an inch either side?

Re: Roadster bars

I don't want them - don't like the logo on them

Not sure the bracket thingie would work; the screws for the deflector are quite long originally, so I think I'd either have to drill new ones for fitting either the bars or the deflector. I'd rather not.... I'll most likely wait until I have the dosh for both bars and plexi (proper ones, not like Super's ).

Still Down Under, Super?

Re: Roadster bars

I'm sure all Australians are relieved

Thanks KC, but I think I know which windstop you're referring to . Looked a bit expensive. At any rate, I'm in no hurry to get bars / plexi...
