Here are a series of pictures for fitting a windstop for anyone who has the same one as me. This windstop has brackets attached onto the bottom bar about a foot in from either side. These brackets then screw directly onto the rear bulkhead. The problem was that we had nothing to screw into, so we put some nutserts into the bulkhead that you can drop in from the top and have a thread to screw into.

Take the poppers out along the top of the bulkhead and pull back cover
The existing holes where in the right place but needed drilling out a little bit so the nutsert would fit
Nutserts go in
Cover put back and windstop which already has brackets attached, screwed through bulkhead into nutserts.
And this is the nutsert - you can see how it works by crimping up once it is through the bulkhead.
