i was looking at that ages ago Adrian. Was over in South Wales and on ebay for ages and ages and then it disappeared only to reappear again somewhere else.

Tbh it didn't look that bad, ok it didn't look that good but so long as it wasn't rotten and had decent compression should be ok i think. I just ain't got anywhere for a fixer-upper at mine. Well there is space but the farmer/landlord doesn't like me working on vehicles which is infuriating! :mad:
 
The owner is s very clued up on the car
As in the Gumtree adds its a 155 20v

New gearbox
Wishbones
New bumper
Cleaning bodywork
Refurb wheels
Caliper overhaul

:( well that sucks hairy balls slightly. Tbh the brakes don't feel that bad - think mine would benefit from some braided lines and fresh fluid, i have a feeling the fluid is the factory stuff barring any top-ups during work on the brakes over its lifetime.

Would defo recommend a set of BF Goodridge braided lines
Had then on the yellow bravo and it transformed the brake, not to mention the fade from high speed braking
Hence why I had a set made up for the Marea
