What about black faces of the wheels, and paint the recessed bits yellow.

I remember changing tyres on the anthracite wheels, really had to take you're time. If you scratched them, it would stick out like a sore thumb.

meh, had loads of anthracite wheel (some might say i am a bit obsessed) - never had an issue with that before, better paint perhaps? or more clearcoat on them or something. Shouldn't really be an issue, wheels aren't normally scratched when you go get new tyres, i'd properly kick off if the tyre place scratched my wheels and they would be paying to have them refurbished.

I really like these and I agree have the lips yellow!!

When I used to swap tyres on the fiat anthracite wheels they were new, so long ago:( punto gt ones were ok, the coupe ones were terrible, the spokes are proud of the rim. You really had to watch the machine didn't catch them on the way round. There was one sweet spot to set up the machine.

But I do understand why you like them blu, they do look immense. Especially when they are clean and the sun catches them.
gazmac, they look good, with yellow would be good. But what about the flutes yellow as well.

Not sure about the flutes yellow !
If I can get my interior up to scratch it will be at brooklands outside of it will be standard trying to do bits at a time with it.

Been a while !!
Today I finally got around to soundproofing and underlay on the floor looks pretty tidy now !

I used silent coat and I have to say what a difference it has made the original stuff was heavy and horrible !!
£40 for that coverage I don't think is too bad.

Sorted out my suspension last night she was very boat like so a nice set of springs dropped 30 mil and all is good !!!ImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1431120269.793034.jpgImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1431120286.551113.jpg

Hi

I think I'm going to do this to mine, what underlay have you used?

I nearly bid on this cinq as I would loved a standard one as mine is heavily modified now!

Pm black box, if I remember correctly, he told me at Brooklands he is doing that for a living and is now self employed.

What does black box do ? And I used silent coat soundproofing really good stuff I only done half the car and what a difference ?

last time i spoke to rob he was working at a custom exhaust shop, was a fair while ago - but yes he does welding and general fab work. He's just a tinkerer through and through that boy.

yep I'm still doing exhausts now have my decorative steel work on the side as well. And yes I'm definately a tinkerer
