Don't look like OEM parts to me, more pattern part.
They are "replicas" -- and, even as a standby, (to get covered in mud) whilst waiting to find the real things, are maybe a little overpriced: although I'm not so sure there's any real alternative out there, at the moment....
Three supposedly new ones (although I can't tell the difference...) here.
Nice find Stephen, they don't look genuine to me though, the badged insert is grey where as mine are black, plus retaining lip seems all wrong. Having said that though mine may be non-genuine!!

I think you're right, they look more like a sticker has been put on top of a wheel cap? Here's a photo of the three I bought a while back. I've shown the back of one as it looks to me like the cream writing is made onto a plastic plate and then pressed into the black wheel cap from behind

No, yours are genuine Andy - mine are exactly the same.
The 2 lots listed above look the same & neither appear to be genuine!
They look more like std fiat wheel cup machined to flat top with printer sticker stuck over.
Genuine ones are preety hard to copy as the black plastic compound is moulded around the white/cream insert.

I can check but I'm pretty sure it's not the same seller, mine are genuine second hand ones and these seem to be new replicas
