It's actually a CLX if that makes any difference to anyone - maybe it adds £1500 and we haven't noticed how desirable these are before!

Can anyone see what the stickers say under the swoopy planet stickers (or whatever they are) - it's bugging me and I can't seem to zoom the pictures properly!! Why do I think I've seen these before - maybe this car's bee listed sonewhere in the past.

I really don't like those gold wheels - some look ok but not the standard steels painted (n) Good job we don't all like the same thing I guess.

They trying to make it look like this one:

Eleganza! Did FIAT use this as a name/trim level before Mk3 Pandas, etc.?

No, not as far as I know.

Thanks I wondered if it was something like that but couldn't quite see it - it nearly read influenza trying to view it on the phone! :D

P.S. homeward your Chiltern Hills ticket should be with you tomorrow if the Royal Mail aardvark doesn't eat it en route. (y)

Just been doing some research (for the next crossword...!?), and -- according to Wikipedia -- there was a 1993 [this car is 1992(?!)] special edition called 'Eleganza' -- so this could be one. Currently, though, that's all I know -- and I can't find any other reference to it....

If this is true then it'll be a dealer special limited edition and not a proper one, if it were a proper one it'd be listed as such on the V5C :)

Good point...! :worship:

Good job I can't find those stickers online -- I can only find ones for a GMC 'ultimate behemoth'-style motorhome: reading "Eleganza II" ("this time it's personal..."?!) -- I'm sure Mrs h would love one on her Mk3...!
