Why wouldn't you just replace both rear springs whilst you're at it? Surely that would show willing to a prospective buyer..

Wire brush and tin of black Hammerite would be enough, doing the coils bottom cup holders at the same time.

There must be a reason why it's on flEbay for soo long.
 
Some will succumb eventually. Must admit though, it is not one that I will be falling for. The whole football thing just doesn't do it for me.
