Punto (Mk2/2b) "Iffy" punto on auction

There are some very late registered mk2a puntos about like this 2006 HGT for example

What make this black one 'iffy' is that he's taken the number plates off the car, you might cover them or edit them out after but to go our of your way in completely removing them suggests he really really doesn't want anyone to check the car against the plates.

That's to me is about the full extent of the iffy-ness

Is not the only one
There are another 2 on ebay old shape with 05 plate on
Is a case of old stock been registered by dealer later
The guy is problably only going on what the loogbook says "declared as new and first registered in 2005"

The plates are still on car
They have been edited and blacked out but because bumper is black looks like they have been took off
Is most likely a late registered car and seller knows that or is just going by what logbook says
