You often see adverts which say 'genuine reason for sale', which usually means the genuine reason is that it's knackered, but in this instance you have no reason not to believe the seller.....'I'm not driving around in a pink Punto!' :D

Genuine reason for sale
First to see will buy (or worse FTSWB)
No expense spared
Readvertised due to time waster (usually = the seller is the time waster)

All usually mean a serial seller if not a dealer who has no idea of the car's history.
