quite a lot of coops for sale at the moment...with the petrol costs & the high costs of maintaining them, you can pick up a bargain but most of the young team on here couldn,t afford the insurance

I'm past 40 anyways... lol! But thanks.
No, I mean the kiddies on SaxP are looking at coops as possibly their next road warrior tools... and they will then be on here. Just thought anyone on FF interested might want to take a peek thats all.

Re: 2 litre coop

i dont want a turbo, they arent worth the extra insurance & petrol, i'm watching a couple of 20v's but they only get 28mpg so i'm not sure its worth it.

i'm also watching a few alfa GTV's, bascially a coupe with a better interior, better styling, bettter engine, better fuel economy, you get the idea

Re: 2 litre coop

Pah I know someone who has had their engine replaced twice in a GTV all within 60k miles. Surprised Alfa make a profit with all the warranty claims lol.

Re: 2 litre coop

I'd sell my Punto/Girlfriend/Limbs in a flash to buy that coop, but I would never get insured on it The longer I have to wait for my insurance to come down, the more of them will have been destroyed by rust/bad drivers/jeremy clarkson

Future classic ftw

Re: 2 litre coop

Re: 2 litre coop

im still looking at coupes but since im sorting my punto up, there seems to be very little against sticking with it at the present

was looking at some much nicer ones (LE versions) and falling in love with em again
