Nice idea, but at that price I would be tempted to get a pot of model enamel and do it myself.

Well...since it is I that hold these auctions it`s only fair I comment...

If you think you can "Make" or "Get" them at a cheaper price than do so....I get hold of these myself, and think they`re fairly priced for what they are!!! Don`t forget all the ebay costs and other hidden fees and charges!

A standard round blue Fiat Badge costs around £12, so these at that price is very reasonable....

Hi,
not having a go at you or accusing you of a rip off.

its just that I would not pay that for a badge, although i'm sure that many do so happily.

You have actually given me an idea for my car though :D, i got a new blue punto badge off ebay for £3 but it didn't go too well with my cars colour, now where did that touch up paint go ;)

Are they?

Not from my local Fiat they`re not....strange....either way....I don`t think these unique multi colourded badges are expensive....I think they`re fairly priced, and completely transform look of your car....

Folks, it's a bit unfair to have a go at Marco over the price. He brings these in from Italy and is selling them to make a few quid and hopefully to make a few people happy that they can get a badge the same colour as the car. It's business, not a charity, and if people pay that for a badge then so be it.

Steve...

Go on the Fiats...

Standard blue FIAT badge is £8 from my dealers. Blue, green, yellow, does it make a difference to the manufacturing process? I think £12-£15 would be reasonable and still almost 100% profit, but £22? Come on! [xx(]

You think they don`t cost me more than £12-£15??? Let me assure people they do! Believe it or not! My profit margin is minute, and at end of day, like Steve says I`m trying to make some kind of small profit!

Let`s face it people, what does £20 buy you today???? Especially when it comes to car mods!!!

You think they`re too expensive? Fine don`t buy them, I wanted one, sourced a company, and found them to make them, and thought other might like to buy them also, and some people do!! For some reason this forum appears to filled with tight fisted unreasonable people...

And for your information the "Manucfacturing process, is "Different", as the badges arn`t bought in bulk or made on deamnd as per Fiat, so the costs are more! But anyway whats the point in explaining....think what you like, couldn`t care less....

Marco

You are also breaking EBay's rules and regulations by charging people YOUR Paypal fee's - if you sell on EBay regularly you will know that about 2 months ago they strictly banned this and anyone caught doing so will receive firm warnings.

I am not as much of an arse as to report you myself, but you will have been told by EBay themselves, and by me, and proably by many other people too - that it is strictly disallowed and therefore you are still ripping people off by charging THEM your OWN fee's - which are only fair as you are using their service to recieve money. Charging people to give you their money is wrong and I think that you are simply trying to con people into buying them.. And yes the standard badges are less than £10 so making £15 profit on them just isn't a 'minute' margin - it's a rip

Rant done :)

02 Seicento - Badboy, delocked, debadged, lowered -40mm, meshed front bumper..

Yet to come - lowered even more, flushed in skirts, bonnet vents, front corner splitters, Abarth + AX GT Spoiler one-piece

Wor Nick,

your not much of an "Arse"? From what you`ve just said I beg to differ! Have you read what I`ve wrote???? THEY COST ME MORE THAN £15 EACH!!!!!!!!! I`m not buying badges from Fiat and making them for f*cks sake!!!!!!! Reporting me to eBay???? Are you for real???? DO it, see if I care, seems to me it`s sour grapes, because your unable to get the badges yourself!!!

I cannot f*cking beleive the attitude of this forum!!!! You come on, trying to offer someone a decent unique product and get slaggged off, accused of ripping people off, and all sorts!!!!

YOU DON`T LIKE THEM DON`T BUY THEM!!! BUT WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO SLAG OFF ME OR WHAT I`M SELLING???

And as for the "eBay rules" I don`t charge the full fees,it`s a fraction of what it costs me, at the end of the day, PayPal is a convenience for the buyer not the seller, as it`s easier for them so tehy can pay via card, I much prefer a cheque!

The Future Is Bright....The Future is Yellow!
