Is this another of those useless items aimed at the boy racer brigade?

I always see them in the cinquecento parts section of ebay, cant understand how they would fit, does it fit into the exhaust pipe? if so I cant see a car passing an mot with one on

off topic but i love sellers who says this

with proof of postage their item is covered by £34 insurance anyway.
RD is more for their protection.

This is the same device used by big movie companies when they want a normally aspirated car to sound heavily turbo-charged (you really think they are going to spend all that extra time and money turbocharging every car on the set)?!


Do you really think they record the sound of the car live when making movies? Its called a sound effect and is added in after the filming is done.

Theyve been selling those for years and everybody keeps asking me if i have one because my induction kit hisses when opening the throttle, its a lovely sound too hear from an NA engine but a bit embarrasing when people think that i have invested cheap crap like that.

oii stop digging at 106's, mine rocks, seems to be alot of 106 digging nowdays

Hey im not digging at normal un-modded 106's hell the first 4 years of my driving life were spent in a 1.0 escapade! I used 106's to cover the whole 106/Corsa/Nova/Fiesta's you see with huuuuge exhausts and massive spoilers! You can dress it all up but youll still only have a 1.0L under the bonnet!

Sorry rant over, was not meant as a personal dig at you herpsuk!
