Hi thats the idea of an auction if you wanted more you should have put a reserve, i read your feed back another guy said you did this, but i thought he might have been a nutter so gave you the bennifit of dought, if you don't sell this item for the bid price you will get another neg feedback, i hope you will be nice and keep to the conditions of ebay and sell at that price,

legaly he has to. It is a legaly binding auction and he didnt put a reserve so it serves him right if it didnt make the price he wanted to. leave negative feedback and report him to ebay if he doesnt sell.

i dont know. It will day somewhere in your account. E-mail ebay and ask what to do becuase he has to sell them to you. Obviously he could disapear and never reply but that doesnt stop you turning up on his door and demanding them :p

There is a slight flaw with eBay feedback.

I have just bought some goods, paid immediately by Paypal. Get an email from the seller saying goods will be shipped, and they will leave feedback once I have!! WHAT - I should get positive surely coz I paid immediately - if the goods are crap, and the issue can't be resolved, then I would leave whatever depending on their attitude. Why should I be penalised with bad feedback even though I am a good payer.

Also, another purchase today tried to surcharge me 50p for using Paypal. I refused to pay it, emailed them, and they agreed I could drop it. The new surcharge policy came in wef 7th June.
