Is there a way to narrow the search results to a sub forum?

E.G I searched for van and got results but really only want to see results relevant to the 169 Panda.

Can I narrow the search results to that sub forum?

Using my mobile but I couldn't find an option to do so in either the main section or the advanced section?

Could see that being an issue.

On the desktop - there is a sidebar which lets you filter to that.

On the mobile, so save screen real estate - it hides, however if one of the search results is in the forum you want to filter, you can click the forum name (under the title) and it will then filter to that forum.

Not ideal though, so I'll report this back.

Strange works on my iPhone 5 ios 10.2.

Wounded if its one of the safari settings.

Works fine on a Galaxy S5

Ok, it' now been turned on as the default.

Working on a change in the mobile version which will allow filtering by forum too (same as the desktop version) - hopefully have that ready in a week or so

Working fine on my Lenovo tablet . Looks good just now.

I have a problem not neccessarily associated with the search engine changes.

Until recently (last few days) I had allowed all forum.com cookies and would be automatically logged in. Something has changed. I do not get automatically logged in. So I log in and all OK but on browser closure I'm logged out.

Something has change on fiatforum hosting and cookie handling.

Bloody annoying!

Maybe folks didn't notice, but this post about a new search is dated 2017! Its only come back to life because someone pointed out a couple of days back that 1000 days later, its still working...
