The problem is that Fiat learned its lesson, they tried something new with the 2007 bravo and it didn't sell, so they went back to their boring uninspired car designs that women and older people seem to like. So no one is pationate about their products anymore.
I'm getting a new car next week and thank god it's not a fiat.

:Offtopic:

the top 5 posters in last months 500 section , average age @ 62..:)

YES - people from 17 to 97 drive little 500's, (45 to 125 drive 500L :D)
something tells me they are NOT forum users..

the people that made 40% of the forums traffic 4 years ago when I joined - and attended FF meets,
now drive cars with Abarth or GTI Badges

just an observation.

I don't think I'll be dusting off the Zimmer frame for a little while!

And I can't see me buying an Abarth just yet.
I'm having too much fun with the Twinair:slayer:

Or a suzuki badge as the case maybe lol.. I would get an abarth mind, although they aren't good enough for the price tag imo even the older ones still are more than i would pay for one, if/when they get down to a just a few grand i might buy one lol.. Thats the Yorkshire in me coming through haha

I'd love to do this! Shame you have to have at least 100 posts really, kind of narrows your pool down a little bit.

Just because a person hasn't posted as much as others doesn't mean they are on the forum less or would be any less dedicated or passionate about Fiat in general. Shame really.

The post threshold is actually quite low for a forum of this size, it's also intended to give us a clearer idea of your posting style (to see how you'd fit in in the team), your general knowledge and of course how active you are. Using you as an example, 21 posts in 3.5 years suggests (and I'm not saying that this is the case) that you only really come on the forum when you have a problem which needs solved, and tend not to contribute when others have issues. When we last had a recruitment drive 4 years ago, the threshold was suggested as 500 posts so yeah :p

yeah 100 posts is nothing really... with my average post rate from my profile stats 100 posts is 27 days worth so you really don't have to be a hugely active poster to get to 100 posts. And if we are honest what you want from a moderator is someone who is on the forum often and active - go forth and get involved in some convo's you'll be at 100 in no time at all.
If for no other reason we need a minimum post count so current team can try assess if someone is suitable or not which we can't from just a few posts - you get zero idea of a persons character from just a few posts...

click quick links. then click unreplied posts, there you will see all the people waiting for help, find them their answers and you will soon have 100 posts and have helped the community;)
