Has anyone else had a turbo actuator problem on the supersport, mines blowing off boost on 4th and 5th

Despite just completing a engineering degree I am not 100% aware of what you mean, are you losing boost pressure? If so how have you came to realise this problem just out of curiosity! Being a super sport I imagine it is still under warranty bud?
