Technical immobliser

hello wondering if anyone could give me any pointers got a 07 grande sporting what ive been doing up in my unit while ive been recovering from surgery the car drove great np i changed a door and noticed the harness in door was damaged so got it solderd everything worked great but the car was not getting used it was still in unit not getting moved i noticed that the battery seemed to be going down but put that as just because it was standing .anyway the day came to move it i charged a battery it started great no problems the next day went to start it but immobliser light came straght on and been on since the key still locks the doors remotely its had a new bat in key .ive bought a lock set comprising of clocks (which ive not fitted yet) ECU and key ive fitted ecu and tried key but its still happening any suggestions would be great

Seems odd the batter seems to be going flat
