Hi all
I'm trying to find an alternative induction hose to use with standard airbox. The original hose looks a bit restrictive with the ribbed section (oo er)
I'm struggling to find any though. Anyone know of any?

Hi mate

I've been looking big for the same recently...I want a nice silicone hose. But they all seem to be metal...I have ordered a k&n 57s-3300 should be here by the weekend, interested to see if it makes a difference....let me know if you find anything mate

Hi Steve. I will do. There seems to be no way of making one yourself like other cars due to the pipes leading off the intake. (damn fiat!)
I'm looking into it still as I'm sure you could add connections

Yeah get some pics up please Steve, and a video. I didn't get on with the cone filter I put on, but I wonder if it was because it was a generic cheap cone. It just sounded really whistley and sucky. I wanted a growl.

Edit: just seen the 57s-3300 is the cone in the airbox isn't it. Now I didn't think that would be any good! Intrigued now! What's the ss boost controller?

Yeah the cone is inside the box and they supply a different airbox lid that channels air into the cone. There isn't a stupid amount out whooshing like an open cone. But it does add growl. I can feel the difference but that might be down to the other mods I have done.

The esseesse boost solenoid is fiat part number 55212397. And handles extra boost. So if you plan on getting no remap I'd recommend this addition first

Cheers

Brilliant. I looked at those and apart from the cost couldn't figure out how it would work well. Might have to save up for one! Please do a video.
