Hi I recently bought a 2010 fiat punto evo 3dr with the front air bags deployed after changing them and putting the snap on diagnostics on it comes up with passenger and drivers pre tension resist what part should I asked for is it the seat belts or does airbag come with the belts could u let me no please

It may well be that the seatbelt pretensioners were triggered in the accident, so you'd probably be best off taking the car to a Fiat dealer to get new pretensioners installed.

No worries! I'm no expert, so please don't take my word for it, that's just my guess.

If you fitted new airbags and they activated/fired

I'd suspect the ECU is possibly done?

It sounds like a decent diagnosis is needed to find out whats what
