Got my new car, no problem so far apart from passenger seat which won't stop sliding on rollers - meaning: there is only one position - which is fully extended. Now, usually that is not a problem unless I have a passenger and need to put a baby seat at the back. Looked at other threads and there is only mention of a stuck passenger seat not a 'unstuck' one...And before you all say it: I'd rather sort it out myself if its an easy job than go to Abarth dealership 2.5 hours away Any thoughts appreciated

stuck latch on either side at base/backrest hinge, stuck release bar at front of seat or runner fault. Quick look under seat should give you a idea whats/whats not going on.

Thanks T. Managed to get it unstuck! Hubby (who is on the large side ) sat and fiddled with the seat and hurray - it is all working now!

My GPS just this, but on the driver's side - very annoying/unsafe. It's been okay since I picked the car up 3 weeks ago but when my other half got in yesterday and moved the seat, it starts sliding about again. Everytime you hit the accelerator/brakes the seat moves around. As we were passing the dealer we called in on the off-chance. They had a look, could find nothing except a 1p piece, great we thought, problem solved. Oh no, adjusted the seat again and it's moving around. Any ideas?
