What is the point of the Facebook App on the UConnect.

It appears that all you can do is post a status place update from your car to your Facebook Page, seriously what is the point of that....

Does the Facebook App do anything else other than just the above?

My guess is it’s there just for marketing purposes. Oh look at us, you can use FB in your car. People like me think, that’s cool , I use FB a lot.... Until you own the car and realise you can’t use it at all really. It was all just another ploy to make you buy a car. (Love the car, hate Uconnect)

There were more features available until Facebook changed the API restricting third party apps.

Typical facebook, probably wasn't getting enough money for the given functionality offered so pulled the plug...

Fiat, should take it off the UConnect as it is worthless...

Can't say I hate it, just find some of it pointless, aka facebook and Reuters news agency..

Nav is ok, Camera Warnings are Over Zealous and too many of them to the point of infuriating and giving warnings when no apparent camera anywhere in the nearest mile...

facewhat? Don't do it, don't need it, don't like it and if your car is telling everyone where you are you'll get burgled anyway and your insurers will say you didn't take precautions so they aint paying out lol
