Hi everyone nearly 6 month i owned 500x 1.4 pop star city look. But i wish fiat uk works like fiat usa or any other country.
We complaint many problems with our car but still no one try to fix even fiatcareuk just they were saying no problem or they fixed the problems. And after all this time one mechanic called me and he said my pads are here and WOW after 5 month 7 times visit and nearly 20 days kept the car. they are offering the pads to change and fix other problems next time when another parts arrive.buy brand new car and visit everyweek dealer. Worse part is none of them accepted this is manufacture fault until today.But like i said they must carry on their name Fix It Again Tomorrow(fiat).
p.s they didn't change the pads before because it wasn't dangerous or unsafe but you can drive it with loud squeaky noise..brake is only one problem/worse mpg/touchscreen freeze/rattle noise was coming from touchscreen i pushed it and stopped/first day they gave us with with dashboard scratch(they took picturebut still nothing heard)/discolored door cardboards and seat/touchscreen instent info shows different than small led screen/lacking power/now when brakes cold makes grinding noise and sound like suspension noise or arm bush when gets warm still squeaky noise there..and more..but in here fiatcareuk/fiatuk or dealer never bothered all this maybe because of that fiat is always loosing on here..
